An MFT is a Marriage and Family Therapist that is licensed by the state of California to provide therapy services. I am a Master's Level clinician that has experience working with a diverse group of clients.

     As an MFT, I am trained to provide early crisis intervention and brief, focused psychotherapy to resolve problems or reduce symptoms quickly. I also have the expertise and skills to work with persons where more intensive, long-term treatment is necessary.

 

 

    I enjoy building meaningful relationships with my clients and working together to help them reach their goals and develop a better quality of life.

    I believe that we all struggle at times with important decisions and times of transition and that therapy offers a unique opportunity to grow and cope with life' s many challenges. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my clients where their confidentiality is protected and their therapy goals are met.
