WHAT IS AN MFT?
An MFT is a Marriage and Family Therapist that is licensed by the state of California to provide therapy services. Our group of therapists are Master's Level clinicians that have years of experience working with a diverse group of clients.
As an MFT, we are trained to provide early crisis intervention and brief, focused psychotherapy to resolve problems or reduce symptoms quickly. We also have the expertise and skills to work with persons where more intensive, long-term treatment is necessary. Please see below for more info on our therapists.
HOW WE WORK
We enjoy building meaningful relationships with our clients and work together to help them reach their goals and develop a better quality of life.
We believe that we all face struggles with important decisions and experience times of transition and that therapy offers a unique opportunity to grow and cope with life' s many challenges. We strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our clients where their confidentiality is protected and their therapy goals are met.
It is important that we work together with our clients to make sure that they receive the help and support that they need and that we are a good fit in working together.
